We teach the 900 year old Japanese self- defense arts of Budo Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, which incorporate a wide variety of kicking, punching, joint locks, grappling, and weapons techniques. Our adult program focuses on self-defense and fitness, as well as improving the body, mind, and spirit. We have an equal split of men and women of all ages enrolled at our Academy. Our 5000 square foot state of the art facility is the largest martial arts school in Howard County.
