At Dragon Martial Arts (Yong Moo) some of the most important things that we teach our students is discipline, respect, and "Nothing is Impossible!". Our children's classes consist of basic Tae kwon do, and an introductory to Hap ki do, which consist of poomse (forms), kicking, hand techniques, weapons, and basic acrobatics. We teach the adults a full Tae kwon do and Hap Ki Do curriculum, with extra training in basic Muay Tae, Aikido, and American Boxing.

Hapkido is one of the most complete martial arts. Hapkido is a combat martial art which emphasizes practical self defense with the hard and soft techniques of disciplines such as TaeKwonDo, Akido, Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo. Hapkido's emphasis on real life situations has made this style popular among armed forces world wide. At the same time, it gives youngsters a way to protect themselves and cultivates within each pupil a sense of discipline and respect. It is self-defense, not a sport.
