Our system is based in Chinese Kung Fu and influenced by the philosophies, techniques and forms taught in ancient Wutang (Wudang) and Shaolin temples. Though we train to be warriors, we are clearly not a school of fighters, but individuals on a path developing confidence and skill to resolve problems without physical force. Our Adult Program covers an immense amount of information and encompasses practical self defense techniques, philosophy and history.
