Master Yuan Xiu Gang became a 15th generation disciple of Wudang Zhang San Feng Sect .In his twenty plus years of wushu experience, Master Yuan has witnessed both the rise and decline of wushu. He started the Wudang Daoist Traditional Gong Fu Academy in 2004 and since has developed many effective teaching theories and methods over the years.With his rich and unique background in wushu practice and teaching, he believes that the traditional manner of practicing and teaching wushu is essential.
