At the Academy we train a welcoming community of people of all ages and fitness levels. Respect is a core martial arts value and includes respect for the training hall itself. The Academy offers a wide range of classes for adults: weapons class (nunchakus, bo staff, and sword), sparring, kicking, self defense, forms, and fitness. The classes are physically challenging while also providing exceptional instruction in technique, giving students an invigorating work out and martial arts education.
