Our Academy comes with 37 years of experience in training Okinawan Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and Weapons (mature students only). We accept Men, Women and Children. Fields of knowledge are Punching, Blocking, Kicking, Stepping and Dodging, Joint-Locking, Trapping, Throws, Sweeps and Reaps. We also teach Anatomy, Diet, Nutrition and Exercise Physics.
