TaeKwon-Do is a life long form of exercise and self-defense. We teach classes that are arranged by experience and by age where students can progress at their own pace. Many students advance every 16-24 weeks. Our TaeKwon-Do program is certified by the International Tae Kwon-Do Federation and can certify individuals to the rank of Black Belt. Mr. Kempka is a 6th degree (A-6-107) certified Black Belt.
